What we take on

- Multi-zone and ducted heat pump systems for new homes and renovations
- Multi-family conversions: heat pumps, refrigerant distribution and ERV ventilation
- Duct routed concealed in walls and building cavities, with no soffits where the design calls for it
- Hard-metal basement ductwork with waterproof wrap for flood-zone (FEMA) requirements
- Bath and kitchen exhaust ductwork
- Corrective work on incomplete or deficient installs
How we work with your team
- Written proposals with scope by floor, inclusions and exclusions
- Duct layouts drawn and coordinated with framing before install
- Submittals on request
- Nitrogen pressure testing, evacuation, startup and commissioning on every system
- Certificates of insurance on request
- Licensed RI master refrigeration and sheet metal (Refrigeration Master II and Sheet Metal Master I, #6405)
